Job Responsibilities:
* Supervision and management of all food preparation and kitchen organisation
* Coach and train junior chefs/ cooks in culinary skills
* Ensure food quality is consistent
* Routine quality control checks
* Attend/handle guests' feedback on food quality
* Maintain food & safety management system as per hotel's policy
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following things we're looking for:
* 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in hotel industry
*
Must have experience in all aspects of Muslim food preparation process
*
Sound knowledge in Al-a-carte, banqueting & buffet presentations
*
Basic knowledge of Western cuisine will be added advantage
*
Possess people management skills
*
Fluent in both spoken & written English
