We have excellent opportunity for a Guest Experience Manager to join our team! The Guest Experience Manager's key role will be to ensure the delivery of a differentiated, consistent and best arrival experience and to champion the Stay Real Service Culture at the hotel.

Key responsibilities and duties of this role include:

* Promote the Stay Real Culture to all the employees
* Ensure the Team is ready to deliver a genuine arrival experience for all guests
* Champion service recovery
* Facilitate Stay Real training
* Drive high recognition and value perception among PCR members
* Assist to manage the operations at Front Desk and Guest Relations

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following things we're looking for:
* Diploma with a minimum of 3years of Front Office experience in the capacity of a Duty Manager/Guest Relations Manager
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
* Passion to deliver excellent service to the guests
